Designating a Trustee

We're getting a lot of quesions about trustees and how to assign one… It does require a bit of legwork; but, its simple and makes things much easier for you and the trustee moving forward.

To Assign a Trustee

  1. Head to this link: https://shop.garagistemeadery.com/account.aspx

  2. Go to "My Account", then "Profile & Contact Information" and "Edit".

  3. You will see a section for "I have a Trustee".   There you can enter your trustee's email address (in all lower case letters).  If their email address is not in the system it will prompt you to send them an invite.

  4. Your trustee will also need to set up an account and simply check the box next to "Is a trustee". They are not required to enter any payment or credit card information.

The great news is you only have to do this once, unless you change trustees.  Which you can do as often as you need.  Simply repeat the process we just outlined.  The system updates in real time.  You can change on the fly if needed.

After you and your trustee are set up, you are done.  You will both have a dashboard telling you what's what's been picked up.  If you are a trustee for multiple people it will also tell you who gets what?  Pretty cool right?

Cheers and thanks again!

Ol Lenurb Release - August 5

$25 per bottle
2 bottles per person per day

We had a great weekend, big thanks to everyone who came out. As predicted we are running quite low on mead and will pump the brakes in the tasting room for a bit.

We'll open again on Saturday August 5th for National Mead Day. As previously announced we will be releasing Ol Lenurb di Tamiami in bottles at 1pm. Deep ruby red and oozing vinous goodness. We can't wait to share the new batch with you.

The bottle limit remains to be determined; however, the expected limit is 2 per person per day with a price of $25 per bottle. Cash sales are strongly preferred and we won't run any card sales until such time as all of those with cash have gone through the line.

We will open the taps at 1pm with 6 meads flowing but many being on their last gasp. At 5pm we will open the tasting room to a bottle share. We'd like to keep the share mead-centric but in keeping with our style, anything goes. For those who attended our Magnumpalooza event, you know we go hard in the paint. We have several bottles from our own cellar we plan on dusting off.

Hope to see you there!
